Chantal believes climate change solutions don't solely rely on science or government, and can be fixed without societal expense. She shared this revelation with 250 influential Western Australian advocates for a zero-carbon future.

As Clean State's Director of Policy and Research, Chantal authored the Clean State Jobs Plan, proposing 26 ideas for 200,000 jobs. Her 15 years' experience spans government, academic, startup, and non-profit sectors, including a senior advisory role to former Greens Senator Scott Ludlam.

Dr. Norris previously worked at the CDC as a health scientist, evaluator, and epidemiologist. She possesses extensive experience in eliminating health disparities for vulnerable populations in the United States and has served as adjunct faculty at several universities. She is also the author of two books, including #KeriOn.
