Elema Uhatahi, founder of Falesiu ki Moana Wahine Growers in Tonga, is redefining farming. She leads a group of women cultivating vanilla on her eight-acre farm, challenging traditions where land and agriculture are often reserved for men. Elema also mentors youth and empowers women farmers, fostering resilience and innovation in the Pacific.
